By accessing or using any part of the RAIT SOLUTIONS platform, including but not limited to submitting a transaction, using our API services, registering as a merchant, or browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Definitions
- Platform: The digital infrastructure and APIs operated by RAIT SOLUTIONS for providing payment gateway services.
- User: Any individual or entity using the RAIT SOLUTIONS platform, including customers and merchants.
- Merchant: A business or individual that has registered with RAIT SOLUTIONS to use our API and platform services.
- Customer: End users who interact with a merchant and whose transactions pass through RAIT SOLUTIONS.
- Services: All services provided by RAIT SOLUTIONS including but not limited to API access, payment processing, and merchant dashboard.
User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and use.
- Users must not use RAIT SOLUTIONS services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Merchants must adhere to all applicable laws and payment service guidelines when using the platform.
Platform Responsibilities
- RAIT SOLUTIONS shall ensure reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and security of the platform.
- RAIT SOLUTIONS will facilitate transaction routing, status updates, and refund mechanisms according to posted policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAIT SOLUTIONS is not liable for:
- Merchant delivery failures or service disputes;
- Third-party failures (e.g., banks, wallets);
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the transaction amount in question or PKR 10,000—whichever is lower.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Force Majeure
RAIT SOLUTIONS shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in service due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, or governmental restrictions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified via platform notice or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
