Merchant Onboarding Terms

RAIT SOLUTIONS provides a secure and structured onboarding process for merchants integrating with our payment gateway and API services. The following terms outline the eligibility requirements, documentation process, integration protocols, and operational responsibilities required to maintain platform access.

🟩 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as a verified RAIT SOLUTIONS merchant, applicants must:

  • Be a registered business entity with SECP or possess valid sole proprietorship documentation
  • Have a valid CNIC of the authorized individual or business representative
  • Operate a bank account titled in the name of the business
  • Offer goods or services that are legal under Pakistani law
  • Not operate in prohibited sectors such as:
    • Gambling
    • Narcotics
    • Unregulated forex
    • Adult content or explicit material

📄 Required Documentation

The following documents are mandatory for onboarding:

  • SECP registration certificate or business license
  • CNIC copy of the owner/director
  • Bank account maintenance certificate (must match business name)
  • Company letterhead for official communication
  • Recent utility bill or tenancy agreement for address verification
  • Sample product/service list or business website URL

Note: Additional documents may be requested based on your risk category or business model.

🔧 Technical Integration Guidelines

  • API keys, sandbox credentials, and documentation will be issued post-approval
  • Integration must follow RAIT SOLUTIONS’ authentication protocols, including token management and webhook standards
  • All credentials must be stored securely — unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited
  • Integration must be completed within 14 days, unless otherwise approved by our team

📌 Operational Responsibilities

  • Merchants are responsible for handling customer service, delivery logistics, and refund policies
  • All merchant-side operations must comply with RAIT SOLUTIONS’ service quality standards
  • We reserve the right to perform audits and reviews to ensure compliance
  • Settlement timelines (e.g., T+1 working day) will be finalized during the onboarding process

🚫 Suspension & Termination

RAIT SOLUTIONS may suspend or terminate merchant access for any of the following reasons:

  • Confirmed fraud, suspicious or illegal activity
  • Excessive disputes, chargebacks, or customer complaints
  • Failure to maintain valid business documentation
  • Breach of technical integration or platform policies
  • Regulatory actions or legal directives requiring service suspension

These onboarding terms may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory or operational changes. All updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
