This section applies to all merchants, partners, and developers integrating with RAIT SOLUTIONS‘ API services. By accessing or using our APIs, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Permitted Use
APIs may only be used for approved, legitimate business operations as defined in your onboarding agreement or partnership documentation.
2. Fair Usage Limits
Each issued API key includes defined TPS (Transactions Per Second) and daily quota limits. Any attempt to bypass or manipulate these limits is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not use RAIT SOLUTIONS’ APIs for any of the following:
- Engaging in illegal activity such as money laundering or terrorist financing
- Unauthorized data scraping, brute-force attacks, or system probing
- Routing funds to unauthorized or unrelated third-party accounts
4. Security Responsibilities
Merchants and developers are responsible for safeguarding their API credentials. Any suspected loss, compromise, or unauthorized use must be reported immediately to support@raitsolutions.biz.
5. Suspension & Termination
RAIT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or permanently revoke API access at any time due to abuse, policy violation, or suspicious activity—without prior notice.
6. Audit Rights
RAIT SOLUTIONS retains the right to monitor and audit API usage logs, traffic behavior, and access patterns to ensure compliance and maintain security integrity.
